Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message, plus the date it was sent. We do not ask for details of any assault or abuse, and ask you not to include them.
How it is stored
Your enquiry is stored securely in our online database. Visitors to the site cannot read it; only the project team can.
How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
We delete enquiries once they are resolved and no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by sending a new enquiry. Under UK GDPR you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting may keep basic technical logs needed to run the site securely.
Staying safer online
