Community Guidelines
Everyone agrees to these rules before joining. They help keep our community warm, private and safe for every woman here.
- 1Be kind and gentle. Everyone here has been through something painful.
- 2Listen without judgement. No victim-blaming, and no pressure on anyone to share their story.
- 3Keep yourself and others anonymous — use nicknames only.
- 4Share only what feels right for you. You never need to explain what happened.
- 5Don't give medical, legal or counselling advice — share your own experience instead.
- 6No harassment, hate, threats, graphic content, spam or advertising.
- 7If a message upsets you, you can report it or block that member. Our moderator will look at every report.
Keep yourself and others safe
Never share addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, real names, photos, court evidence, case details or anything that could identify you or anyone else. Sharing details of a case could affect a court process.
Peer support, not an emergency service
This community offers peer support from women with lived experience. It is not an emergency, medical, legal or counselling service, and it isn't watched all the time. If you're in danger, call 999. Samaritans are there any time on 116 123.
If the rules are broken
Every message is checked before it appears. Members can report messages or block another member. Our moderator may remove posts, and may suspend or ban anyone who is abusive or puts others at risk.
