Support when you need someone beside you
You Are Not Alone — We Are Here for You
You Are Not Alone is being created to support women before, during and after some of the hardest moments of their lives.
Whether you have recently experienced sexual assault or abuse, are preparing for court, going through the court process, or struggling afterwards, you do not have to navigate it alone.
We want to offer a safe, understanding place where you can feel heard, supported and guided without judgement.
This takes you to a simple, private contact form. You only share what you feel comfortable sharing.
How we want to help
Support that stays with you
You Are Not Alone is being built around the moments women tell us matter most.
Someone to talk to
A safe and understanding place to reach out when you feel overwhelmed or alone.
Court preparation support
Helping women understand what may happen before court and feel more prepared.
Court-day support
Practical and emotional guidance around one of the most difficult days.
After-court support
Support does not suddenly end when court finishes. We want women to know somebody is still there afterwards.

Thoughtful support packages designed to bring comfort during difficult periods.
Practical guidance
Helping women understand where they can go next and what support may be available to them.
Additional resources
